Mama Carolla’s new breakfast spot offers something different — and old favorites

I expected to see Mama Carolla at her new breakfast cafe, Good Morning Mama’s — that is, her robust visage beaming from a faded photo brought over from the old country. I didn’t expect to actually see her bustling about the 1950s-style diner, welcoming patrons but politely declining to shake hands because she had a mild cold.
