In business for more than 80 years, Hollyhock may be the reigning queen of the chicken dinner. The restaurant's signature fried chicken, served with mashed potatoes and gravy, has been featured in Travel + Leisure and Saveur magazines. "The secret is freshness," manager Dean Black said.
