Sullivan's Steakhouse
Sullivan's bestselling martini, the "Knockout". To make the drink fresh carved pineapple is marinated for a week in vodka, then it is removed fron the vodka and hand squeezed. The pineapple is then re added to the vodka and served with a orange peel garnish.
