The ink on the menus was barely dry before people began packing the gastropub started by Broad Ripple Brewpub head brewer Kevin Matalucci. The taps get billing, but the pub food is all fancied up and smartly put together by former Pizzology pizzolo Rob Coate. Namely, "good pork and good burgers, fresh and local ingredients -- everything you would expect with good beer," Coate said.
