I frequent the Slippery Noodle Inn as an avid Blues lover. I have never had anything but great food and service there. They feature the best music in town, as well. If the place ever closed down, I'd have to move somewhere else where they have a blues bar! If you think the music is too loud, you're too old! It's a very rare thing to have a blues joint that serves up live music 7 nights a week.
Thank God for it!

This place has great drinks and prices. But the food is no good and it is always way too loud.

Loud music and below average food

It is a Jazz bar and the inside is very majestic, but the music is soooo loud it is very hard to enjoy yourself. The food is below average bar food at best. I recommend going for drinks only. Be prepared to pay a cover when music is playing.

I always eat lunch in the bar, and service is wonderful. The same guy has been bartending for years, and he's fast and keeps to himself. The food is great. I go for the tenderloin sandwich and really enjoy it.
