Roscoe Townsend's taco chili is a proprietary mix of ground beef, red beans and chili spices that he and his employees scoop into gut-busting tacos, burritos and tostadas before topping the whole meal deal off with your choice of sour cream, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and black olives. It's up to you to decide between six homemade sauces (including "hellfire and brimstone"). Grub is dished out rapidamente, luches are cheap, and the portions are muy grande. Roscoe takes Sundays and Mondays off, but the rest of the week he'll be there.
