If you sit in the private dining room at the back of Sensu, you can pull shut a curtain and block yourself off from the crowd or gaze out upon the whole place. Use the urinal, and you get a similar view through two-way mirrored glass. Either way, you look out over a confluence of levels, a high-end honeycomb of lounges, dining areas -- many of which are small and private -- bars (sushi and alcohol), and spaces for general merriment. The menu is a small-plates, pan-Asian conglomeration; four pages of sushi, made-for-sharing hot and cold dishes, a few "larger plates."
