Since Tracey Lemmonds stepped in as executive chef at 14 West in early 2010, the South Carolina native has made a few changes to the Downtown restaurant's menu. The restaurant focuses on contemporary American cuisine, but diners will see a Southern influence as well as a bit of an Asian flair from the Vietnamese chef, in both ingredients and techniques.
