his casually refined eatery focuses on tandoori specialties -- chicken, lamb and seafood prepared in a special clay oven. The lunch buffet is especially bang-up; it's full of adventurous cuisine (including vegetarian offerings) that can accommodate the milder tastes of Midwesterners.
Chef Neal Brown of Pizzology and Libertine is an outspoken fan of the chicken tikki masala; in fact, it's the dish he mentioned when asked: "If you were going to jail for life, what's the last meal you'd eat in Indy?" Brown noted: "If I were sentenced to death, I'd get it made at spice level 10++."
