Yats dishes -- jambalaya, chili cheese etoufee, gumbo -- are the perfect storm of high quality and low cost. There are vegetarian options daily. And we're not talking salad -- mountains of delicious black beans and carmelized corn, mushroom and spinach etouffee or not-so-sufferin' succotash are examples for the non-meat eater. In fact, we're creating a new sub-group of eaters: the Yatsatarian.
