Long's may never win an interior decorating award, but so what? You go there for the sweets. Paul Mullins, a professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and author of "Glazed America: A History of the Doughnut," claims his favorite doughnuts are the glazed from Long's. And people who grew up in Indianapolis in the 1950s and '60s remember when a bag of broken cookies went for 5 cents.

I just love this place, I am soooo glad I dont live on the west side of Indy or I would be as big as a house.
