What it is: As the name implies, Ripple serves bagels. But what wondrous things they can do with them, with a menu that boasts hundreds of options. I settled on the Cardiac Ken, a steamed garlic bagel topped with marinara, salami, pepperoni, smoked cheddar, provolone, onions and banana peppers. Rounding out the experience: a homemade scotheroo — a Rice Krispies-style treat made with peanut butter and topped with chocolate. It’s even better than it sounds.
