Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay's daughter is getting into the fro-yo business.
Casey Irsay Foyt, who married IndyCar Series driver A.J. Foyt IV in July, is opening a self-serve frozen yogurt shop in Nora Plaza on the Monon.
The Colts-themed spot, Huddles Frozen Yogurt, could open in May. It will offer 10 rotating flavors of yogurt at a time, iuncluding green tea tart, red velvet cake and very berry. The shop will also sell Colts apparel and offer flat-screen TVs so customers can watch games.
