The fire is no metaphor. It's the real thing, used for smoking and grilling, and therefore the menu is meaty. Grilled flatbreads and burgers (including a black bean version) are almost the whole lunch menu, and dinner adds entrees of cold-smoked roasted chicken, hickory-scented salmon and a few others. And there's a lot of good local beer.
