Time stands still for AC/DC
AC/DC played old songs with fresh energy Monday night at Conseco Fieldhouse, where a sell-out audience of 14,000 rallied around 2008’s bigges...

Finally seen ac/dc last night and they were as good if not better than ever. It bought a tear to my eye when they did "shoot to thrill" and seeing the lights flicking through the crowd and everyone and I mean EVERYONE was standing up and clapping with the beat through the guitar solo, thinking this could be an end to an era and this kind of kiss ass, in your face, get down and shake it rock and roll will never be witnessed again. I really hope they keep it going for a few more years so I can prove to those that doubt me to go and see them and tell me what you thought. The funny thing is you dont even need to like rock and roll to enjoy the show when you go and see them its like a drug.

I have seen ac/dc four times and are due to see them on 23rd april at NEC. From what I am reading it is going to be electric, I have never experienced concerts like them which is why I keep going it really is a case of seeing is believing. This time I am taking my 14 yr old son who is into rock music and like somebody stated on the ac/dc fanzine for my son things will never be the same again. Looking forward to being blown away. Adrian

First saw AC/DC at MSA in 1981 which was my very first concert ever. I've seen a heckuva lot of concerts since then, but last night had to be THE BEST concert I have ever witnessed. Had great floor seats and stood up dancing the whole show. So special to be able to see them again. They haven't lost a thing. Shoot to Thrill was also my personal fave of the night. What a blast!!!

AC/DC was absolutely AMAZING !!!!! Myself 39 and seeing them for the first time last night I knew it was a good thing. I would have most definitely become a "groupie" had I seen them years ago. For my son who is 17, how sad that this was his first concert, for he might not ever go to another concert of this magnitude. I have loved AC/DC for years and now I love them more. Talk about bringing the memories back from my adolescents-----(I plede the 5th) I am already looking for more tickets elsewhere to go again.

My eardrums are still ringing 22 hours later. I took my 2 sons, ages 13 & 26 and we were all THUNDERSTRUCK. I bought our tickets on e-bay and the $430 for 3 section 104 tickets was a great investment. From the beginning notes of Rock N Roll Train to the 21 gun salute of For Those About to Rock, the energy level stayed constant at a fever pitch. Brian Johnson still sounds the same after all these years which is amazing. Angus....well if Eric Clapton is a better guitar player, I just got elected President tonight. He still has the crowd in thrall at what he can do with a guitar and skinny white legs. Phil Rudd pounding away with a cigarette dangling out of the corner of his mouth. Malcolm and Cliff Wiliams staying out of the way while still contributing to the power of the band. All performed in front of screaming fans standing the entire time. It was something that you ddn't want to end and I think it's sad that my son's generations will never have anything close to this kind of music.

An absolute pure fun night with these guys demonstrating an energy level well past their years - not only are they amazing showman - but Angus in particular is just the best guitarist I've ever seen. I may become a groupie, quit my job and follow them around the country!

tazshan, you should have come down and tried to buy one from a scalper. I bought an upper level ticket for $30 at 7pm last night in front of Conseco. Scalpers were having to sell them below face. Another guy offered me a lower level for $60, but I didn't want to spend that much.

ACDC are rock gods! I have never seen anything like the guitar performance of Angus Young! They have truly not lost a step.

AC/DC totally rocked the house! My college age daughter & I were in the rafters & still everyone stood the whole time, heads bobbing with fists in the air! The fans were stoked, it was electrifying! Daughter loved it, said it was like rock history live, plus I told her the first time I saw them at MSA with KISS in '77 (dad took me & my little girlfriends haha!) & I had no idea who they were, people were trashed, bottle rockets whizzing by and here was this guy(Angus obviously) laying on the stage jamming his guitar,CRAZY! I still love them today at at 43, hmm guess I've been a fan for over 30 years! AC/DC's rock is timeless!

Best show I've seen in many years. Bands today should go on tour and watch these guys show what a rock and roll show should be like. "Shoot to Thrill" was the highlight of the show for me. I'm ready for them to come back!

wish i could have seen the concert but all these people who bought tickets and then tried to scalp them was not fair to the fans that would have really enjoyed the show
