Hines Ward—Pittsburgh Steelers
Nicknamed "The Dalai Lama of Football," Ward plays wide receiver for the Steelers (and extra wide receiver for our hearts). Born to a Korean mother and an African-American father, Ward has used his prominence to help mixed-race children in South Korea. After returning to his birthplace of Seoul to talk to children about overcoming adversity and discrimination, he created the Hines Ward Helping Hands Foundation. Hunky and big-hearted!
