Cameron Diaz plays a woman who receives a mysterious box that promises great wealth at the expense of a stranger's life.
Buzz-meter ranking: 6. Director Richard Kelly has been struggling to live up to the potential of his debut movie "Donnie Darko," but he gets a shot at the Hollywood big time with this oddball '70s-set "Twilight Zone"-esque thriller. Diaz does a Texas accent, Frank Langella shows up with part of his jaw missing in a spooky CGI effect and at some point James Marsden floats above Diaz's bed in a pool of water. It's all very mysterious, but Diaz may have unwittingly spoiled a big twist during the panel discussion. So maybe it's a good thing more people were talking about "Sherlock Holmes" by the time the session was over.
