It's a wrap!
Peter Jackson posted this photo of himself on his Facebook page and shared the news that he has finished filming The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There And Back Again.
"We made it! Shoot day 266 and the end of principal photography on The Hobbit. Thanks to our fantastic cast and crew for getting us this far, and to all of you for your support! Next stop, the cutting room. Oh, and Comic Con!

Jackson and the film's stars are due in San Diego next week to give a presentation about the film - which will arrive in theaters as two films. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be out on Dec. 14. There And Back Again follows in December of 2013.
