Leave it to Die Hard star Bruce Willis to make household duties a world-class competition.
Willis, 57, says he's the undisputed diaper-changing champion of the world for his 9-month-old daughter, Mabel, with wife Emma Hemming.
"I do everything. And I'm happy to do everything. I hold the record in speed (diaper) changing," Willis insists. "I'm under seven seconds. You just have to be ready. Number two, number five it doesn't matter. It's not in the world (record) book, but I'm under seven seconds."
Beyond world-class diaper times, Willis says he's especially good at making Mabel laugh.
"It's all I can do. It's like how can I make this child laugh today," says Willis. "It's all exaggerated movements. Being an actor is a big, big help in trying to make kids laugh. I act out all of my parts. And the goofier I do it the better."
Willis plays absent father John McClane in the Die Hard series with the next installment, A Good Day to Die Hard, opening Thursday. Jai Courtney stars as McClane's grown son, angry about growing up without a father.
But in real life Willis says he has a great relationship with his three grown daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Belle (with ex-wife Demi Moore) as well as Mabel.
"Acting is so far down the road as compared to any time playing with my kids and hanging out with them," says Willis. "It's all I want to do."
That, and a few action movies. In March, Willis will appear as General Joe Colton in G.I. Joe: Retaliation.
