Used to be good

Like the title states it "used to be good". My family and friends used to love this place and always had great things to say after visiting. Our last two visits were hideous in terms of food and service. We had lunch in August of 10 and they were not busy but made us wait to be seated and then never did receive drinks. We were charged for them, however, and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to be removed from the bill. The food was so-so and the service was just bad. The guy who appeared to be in charge made a snide comment when we asked about what was going on and dismissed our concerns. What a waste of beautiful space this has become.
