Strong for Life
Hendricks County Senior Center - 1201 Sycamore Lane - DanvilleStrengthening exercise program designed by physical therapists for use by older adults to improve strength, balance and overall health. The program targets specific muscles that are important to everyday movements, such as getting out of a chair and walking. The class uses bands to help improve strength.
