Aerobic program that combines jazz-dance, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more into one high-energy workout. Each session includes cardiovascular workout, strength training and stretching. Participants may start at any point.
Tuesdays and Fridays : 6:30 p.m.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays : 9:20 a.m.
