Due to popular demand, the 2006 tour schedule has been expanded to include 60 dates, the very first of which begins this week. According to the Speedway Web site, you'll get a �behind-the-scenes view of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway's awe-inspiring infrastructure and history� on the tour. Sure, the race is fine for those looking for fun. But for those of us with more complex, refined desires, this grounds tour is where it's at.

Hot on the heels of the Big Ten Women's Basketball Finals held in Indianapolis, comes the NCAA's Big Ten Women's Rowing Championships. This is a highly prestigious event in the rowing calendar and attracts teams from Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State and Wisconsin and represents rowing at its very best and most competitive, and Indianapolis Rowing Center is proud to be hosting this exciting event. The Regatta is open to the public. All are welcome.
