Walking tour of the outdoor exhibition. Meet at Annular Eclipse V by Chase Tower at the corner of Monument Circle and East Market Street. Created by the late South Bend-born artist Rickey, the project includes 10 monumental sculptures that move with the wind. Led by Mindy Taylor Ross, director of Public Art for the Arts Council of Indianapolis and producer of George Rickey: An Evolution.
