Cheap and creative
Even though the state of our money is getting better, the economy is much more of a boogeyman than anything you’ll find roaming the streets this Halloween. But you can still be as sleazy/funny/scary/cute as ever in your costume. We put our staff to the task: Create a Halloween costume for $20 or less. Here’s what we came up with.
