Q&A with promoter and organizer Amp Harris

Claim to fame: Longtime promoter; organizer of one of the biggest celebrity charity basketball games as part of the Black Expo's Summer Celebration.

More than 40 national celebs -- including Cupid, Clifton Powell and Bob Sanders -- will take it to the hoop for the Amp Harris and Reggie Wayne Celebrity Basketball Game, which benefits Black Expo's youth scholarship fund.

In 15 words or fewer, I want the world to know....
that you can achieve whatever you like if you put your mind and heart to it.

Where were you last weekend?
Sitting on the couch with my leg in a cast, working on my computer and getting ready for Summer Celebration.

You're a well-known promoter. Describe the best party imaginable.
Kid Capri and I would DJ, meaning I'd come out of retirement. Jay-Z, Beyonce and the resurrection of Michael Jackson would perform.

If you were mayor of this city, what one thing would you change?
I'd change the liquor law on Sunday.

If you were to go to jail for life tomorrow, what's the last meal you'd eat in this town?
I would share the dinner with my daughter and allow her to pick what we ate. And we'd go to a park.

And would you be going to jail for?
I hope not murdering somebody! It'd be for robbing banks to feed the hungry.

What tips do you have to win the game this weekend?
Going up against Reggie (Wayne, game co-host) and his team, we need to get up by five points. The first team to get up by double digits usually wins.

What are you most afraid of and why?
I don't really have any fears --I'm a very faithful person. With that in mind, I don't fear much of anything.

Best rumor about yourself?
That I was a drug dealer. And all of my rich celebrity friends give me money.

Indianapolis: Love it or leave it?
Love it. The city offered me the peace and tranquility of an up-and-coming city. It's a slow big city.
