Tour of Italy
The Chef's Academy - 644 E. Washington St. - Indianapolis (Downtown)Join the Italian Heritage Society of Indiana for a culinary tour of Italy with Chef Tony Hanslits. Class includes a cooking demonstration, followed by a seated meal. In this final class of the six-session series, students will learn dishes dumplings with tuna and bottarga and lamb in wine sauce.
