The historic Indiana Oxygen Co. building lives on as Jeff Dunaway's fine dining depot. The beautiful art deco building and rooftop view of Downtown helped the restaurant quickly become a destination for local foodies, but the steaks, seafood, 14,000 bottle wine cellar and creative gourmet desserts didn't hurt Dunaway's cause.
