The menu is chock full of sports metaphors (Diner Goals, Baseline Burgers, Side Out Salads, etc) but the Ale Emporium is darker and more subdued than the average sports bar. The game room in the back gets lively but you can still have a quiet-ish dinner near the bar. This 27-year fixture of Castleton's bar scene may be the "Home of the Honest Pizza" but the wings are what people talk about.
